First, every front desk employee I interacted with was five star.
Here’s where I was disappointed. The room, while comfortable, smelled of feet.
I noticed used towels hanging on the back of the door, so I put ALL the towels together in the tub the next morning and asked the front desk to just start fresh on all towels. No one came by. The very kind front desk employee gave me fresh towels when I went downstairs to get them.
I no longer pack body wash because all hotels have it. Not this one. Completely out hotel wide. They were also out of bottled water in their market place, and they were out of most beverages at breakfast.
All of these are small things, but it seems like very poor management to have ALL of this happen in one visit.
