Damariz, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Staff was friendly and the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Tv worked and everything was in good condition. The two bad things were the door would stick and was hard to open ( minor inconvenience) and the shower never got above room temperature. Other than that I would stay again. I only stayed one night so I just informed them about the shower when I checked out.

Other than the super low water pressure, I liked this place. The restaurant is amazingly good!
Kenny, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

This was our third stay at Wild Bear Inn. It is always affordable with a great staff and a clean room. That's exactly how our visit was this time as well. The only thing we would mention is that our bathroom needed a bit of improvements. The water pressure was a bit low and the appearance needed a refresh in the bathroom. It was functionable and we were fine during our stay. We will be back again soon!

Robert, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

The door to the room kept sticking, making access an inconvenience. The ice machine was on the backside of the property with no convenient access to it. Water pressure could've been better.

6/10 Good

It was a nice place and you get vouchers to their tavern y for a pancake breakfast which is much nicer than your average hotel breakfast. The only two downfalls was we booked a 1 queen bed room and got put in a 2 standard bed room which really wasn’t a big deal just the fact that’s not what I booked & we were also leaving in a hurry on my birthday & our door wouldn’t lock so we had to wait for maintenance to come fix it but they were quick and kind. Just kinda a bad start to the day. Otherwise it is a nice place to stay and I think we’d book there again.
Kaylee, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Expect a small motel and you won’t bee disappointed. Small room, not well lit. Fridge in room with freezer and microwave. Handicap room but supplies - towels hair dryer were stored on a high shelf. Very tall bed so handicap person would have trouble getting up onto it. Bed was comfortable. Did not use pool. Good breakfast but limited. Dinner on property was great. Front desk staff friendly but not too knowledgeable about Westgate. Expected to be quality of other Westgate properties which it wasn’t.
Barry, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

I didn't like that my safe and refrigerator did not work. I didn't like the huge gap underneath the entry door. I did like the bed was comfortable.

2/10 Poor

There is no stairs you need to go up ramp if it’s raining good luck not breaking your back the rooms are very small specially the bathroom and toilet made for kids very small and when I want to cancel my hotel front desk couldn’t do it had to wait until next day to contact the main office and they still didn’t answer after few days the hotel refused to refund I had to email back and forth call many times sent proof pictures to able for them to accept the remaining 4 days of stay but on their website cancellation rules are if you cancel after 72 hours of stay you need to pay for one night plus tax fees but they were trying to not pay me at all I worked very hard with Expedia to get something back very unprofessional about refund and customer rights of cancellation.
