I highly recommend this hotel. Our room was beautiful and the bathroom was so clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and they have gluten-free bread. The staff was wonderful - they stayed up late to accommodate us after a flight delay, and the next day they allowed us to work from a meeting room downstairs and were very accommodating. There is also a coffee shop, a crystal shop, and a sandwich place within walking distance. Definitely stay here if ever in Norfolk!

It was a fantastic stay with amazing breakfast and we loved the wonderful staff. The room was gorgeous and the shower a dream! Shampoo conditioner and body lotion smelled great. The make up removal towel was a great extra touch. Slept like a baby in the best bed and bed linen ever!

We had a lovely stay at the inn! Our hostess (Caroline) was delightful and made us feel right at home :-) The owner (Malia) was gracious and accommodated my request for some keto-friendly nibbles after our drive up from Charleston, SC. We were only in Norfolk for one night (so I could get my global entry interview) but the inn turned the quick trip from a chore to a pleasure! The room (Hague) was nicely appointed and filled with thoughtful extras (iPhone charging clock, high end toiletries/linens, and bountiful complimentary snack bar). We would definitely book the inn again if we return to Norfolk.

Four eleven is a hidden gem. My wife and stayed there for the weekend and can't wait to go back. when you pull up, the location might throw you off, but once you step inside your view will change. The level of service is unparalleled. From the moment we walked in until our late check out we felt welcome and valued. The room (the Hague) was EXCEPTIONAL. And then there's the food. AMAZING!! The chef is one to watch, creative, not afraid to do things different, every bite is an explosion of flavors . The drinks FANTASTIC!! I highly recommend the "New Tradition" There's not one thing I would change about this place and can't wait to go back before word gets out and the waitlist gets to long.

We loved the Inn. We were greeted by Hillary who checked us in, showed us our room and brought us some prosecco! The room was huge, and the bathroom was very nice The bed was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

A Perfect Stay at Four Eleven York

From the moment we stepped into Four Eleven York, we knew we were in for a treat. Without the usual lobby, it exuded charm as expected of a boutique inn, with its stunning decor, gorgeous hardwood floors, amazing freshly scented foyer, and warm welcome from the innkeeper on duty, Hillary. The check-in wasn’t conducted at an oversized counter but rather in the quaint dining room which consisted of introductions, and our room key. Hillary lead us to our room instead of being pointed in the direction of the room like standard hotel accommodation check-in’s. We were pleasantly surprised with the Magnolia suite, which was better than what the online photos depicted. The Magnolia suite itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a fully stocked snack/beverage cart. The queen sized bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Both the bed and linens were absolutely to die for, but the bathroom was the highlight of the suite, featuring heated floors, a huge shower with a rain soaker shower head, a luxurious soaking tub and high-end toiletries that made us feel pampered. The location of this boutique inn is perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. Overall, our stay at Four Eleven York was nothing short of exceptional. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious experience combined with outstanding service. We decided that whenever we are in Norfolk or VA Beach area, the inn will be our first choice!
