The hotel looks beautiful from afar, but when you look closer, the flaws become obvious. We had booked a luxury double room, but were given a huge room with three double beds. After complaining, we were moved to another room two nights later. The new room also had two double beds, but it felt more comfortable and was definitely cleaner.
In the first room there was nowhere to place our luggage (except on the extra beds), the bathroom smelled of mold, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. Neither room had a minibar or a safe. The beds were wide, but my husband is 190 cm tall and couldn’t lie in them with his back straight. One bed had a clear dip in the middle, and all the pillows were extremely flat.
Both rooms only had rainfall showers (no handheld showerhead), and the water was just lukewarm. Breakfast was decent, but lacked any fresh vegetables.
Overall, the only real positive about this hotel is its location close to the train station and nearby services.
