No words. Lied about breakfast. Tried to go into lobby to ask and for additional needs and could hear talking but had the door locked on me after I made an online complaint. A pole barn would have been much better. Dirty, broken stuff in room, door lock broken, no soap, etc. If you don't wanna supply it or have it, whatever, but over $130/ night (took pic of lobby sign saying zero pet fee but was charged anyway), for crap you lie about is just wrong, minimally.

I was not able to stay, and the reservation was cancelled by Hotel staff. There is no “free breakfast” as advertised. Additionally while I was at the front desk other people staying complained of a dirty room and their door being left open by staff. The lobby area smelled very strong of PineSol. This is almost never a good thing. Usually trying to cover up the smell of something more foul.
