On the 8th floor, there is no air conditioning, elevator, or WiFi. The staff was very helpful but the building is in a general state of disrepair. The price seems fair.

I did not like cooperation of staff, open wall in bath room showing exposed pipe, fowl smell in bath room, hanging door knobs, I unfinished front door casing, dead bolt did not work on front door, over all sense of un cleanliness, sense of lack of security, no AC and no fans provided, breakfast was at set time , 9 am ,miss it and you’re out of luck, staff was not available to prepare eggs to order( sunny side offered and that’s it ( no fried turned twice. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. So bad that after 2 days had to check out ( arrived July 15 had to leave July 17. No receipt of cancellation offered. But they said that they did cancel. The hotel is a total misrepresentation. I would take it off your list. Requesting a full refund. No reply from Expedia from previous evaluation.

The hotel is decent but could use some maintenance and additional housekeeping staff. Examples include things like the exterior windows and door handles not being attached, or the fact I had to have my room key card re-authorized every day, and my rooms trash wasn't removed once in five days.

It advertised that breakfast would be served from 7–9 a.m. but they only served it at 9 AM. They advertise that it had air conditioning, but on the seventh floor, not only was there no air conditioning, but the elevator ended in the sixth floor is spectating walking up to the seventh floor… The staff, however, was very friendly and overall the rooms were very nice as well inside. All in all I would stay at this hotel again especially if I can get somewhere below the seventh floor.

DON’T STAY HERE, it’s not worth it. There was NO HOT WATER for the entirety of my stay. They didn’t tell me this until 30 minutes after I checked in when someone came to my room, so I couldn’t cancel and go elsewhere since they had already checked me in. When I asked why she had no explanation. Not only that, the room was awful. Stains and burn marks all over the carpet. Stained bed linen. Stained bath towel. The room smelled awful but the bathroom was worse. In addition to the cigarette smell. There was loud music and karaoke late into the morning hours. It wasn’t coming from outside so I could close the window to quiet it, it was coming from the ventilation system in the bathroom. Awful. The staff were terrible. They were usually sleeping on the furniture in the lobby. When I checked out I had to physically wake the person behind the desk, shouting wasn’t enough, who had made a bed out of several chairs. I arrived in the evening on my second night and the woman behind the counter watched me wait for the elevator. When I got to my room I couldn’t get in with my key card so I went back down. When I got to the lobby she had a translated note written on her phone waiting for me. It said you have to reset the key everyday. She knew I wasn’t going to be able to get in but she just stood there and waited until I came back down. Since the elevator doesn’t go to the top floors where my room was, it was irritating. There was garbage all around the entrance to the building.

최악의 호텔

호텔 주변과 창틀 밖에는 바퀴벌레가 득실하고, 룸 안에 에어컨이 있다고 호텔 정보에는표시되어 있으나 실제로는 에어컨이 없음. 프론트에 에어컨이 없느냐고 물었더니 창을 열고 자라고 함. 창 밖을 여니 바퀴벌레 여러마리가 돌아다님. 냉장고도 없음. 욕실의 타일은 깨져있거나 떨어진 상태임. 기본 정보와 다름을 설명하고 환불해줄 것을 요청하였으나 거절함. 호텔닷컴에도 환불이나 취소에 버튼이 비활성화되어 있어 더 이상의 환불조치나 취소가 안됨. 2박을 신청하였으나 1박은 나의 선택실수라고 하더라도 나머지 1박은 취소처리를 할 수 있도록 해줘야 하는 것이 아닌지.... 그자리에서 바로 나와 다른 호텔로 가서 숙박함. 최악의 호텔이었음.
