This is a small property and the rooms were as well but everything worked in the room and I had everything I needed. I did not eat breakfast as my wife was a patient at Brookwood hospital and I was provied a guest tray. This hotel is very convenient to this hospital and the surrounding properties, (2) restaurants, were in good repair, well lit at night and I felt safe. I would stay here again. Staff knew wife was in hospital and asked about her, a considerate touch.

It was not divulged that the property was very seriously under construction and you had to walk through a whole floor that was full of drywall and noise and construction smells. Our floor was not having construction, but it seemed extremely rundown. It was not like any other Hampton and I have ever stated. The pictures online were not the pictures of the room we were given.
