Absolutely terrible experience — zero stars if I could.
We were told to call ahead to arrange parking, but for two full weeks, every attempt led nowhere. Reception would “helpfully” offer to transfer us to their supposed parking team, but every single time the call just rang out and went straight to voicemail — no one ever picked up. It honestly felt like the parking team doesn’t even exist.
After two frustrating weeks of being bounced between reception and voicemail, we finally resorted to emailing. At that point, they booked the parking, but never sent us any confirmation. When we arrived, the instructions were vague and unclear. Parking is under the building, but Google Maps sends you down to the docks instead.
I asked reception if we could park temporarily to collect the permit — they said yes. Two weeks later, we get slapped with a £100 parking fine, which was more than the cost of the stay itself.
To top it off, the room was dusty, with no air conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable in summer.
If you expect even the most basic level of service or communication, do not stay here.
