Breakfast could have had more choices room was awesome very clean comfortable bed and had a end room on the second floor stayed for 3 weeks and all staff was very friendly greeted me as I walked in door every time.didnt need the air conditioner but heat worked great. Some things in the room definitely needs updating, ceiling tile was taped up and falling apart. The toilet seat was falling apart. But the room smelled and looked clean. A smoke free room was very important to us and that’s what we got. Staff were friendly. The only thing I give one star to is the breakfast. You have no options. The waffle maker was nice but we had to hunt down the batter and there was a worker in the adjacent room that was just watching us and not offering help when we were clearly confused.

The franchisee needs to come in and spend some money on this place. Shade was ripped so streetlights came in at night. The bedside light was blitzkreig bright. Blinded me just trying to watch tv. Must say, the bed was comfortable so no worries there. But, the bathroom was in serious need of a deep, deep clean. The staff was indifferent - barely registering me at check-in and check-out. The breakfast buffet was laughable. I took a look and called it good. But it wasn't. Yeah, so I could say, "I got what I paid for" if I had been paying $75 instead of the $100 that I actually paid. Sorry to be harsh but I owned an inn for 16+ years. I know hospitality when I see it.
