El hotel es muy comodo para disfrutar de esta increible isla, si bien es verdad que no hay desayuno y que tampoco hay ducha para ducharte si el vuelo es muy tarde, a pesar de ello disfrutamos de una estanciabmuy agradable.

Staff should be more aware of surroundings. Let the guests know you will be right with them even how long the line is…be more apologetic especially when room is not yet ready on the exact check in time…overall experience was fair!

Clean beautiful and not overly fake like more expensive hotels. Marriott is massive and a rat race - go small and simple. Local from Oahu.

The hotel has beautifully landscaped gardens and is right on the beach. The pool and bar were very nice but they didn’t have music at the Pool / bar. Our room was in decent condition clean comfortable bed, but the patio furniture was kind of dated. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance and you can take morning walks along the beach on the walkway there. It was very relaxing and not crowded like some of the big resorts. I highly recommend it.

I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. My room was very clean and I was happy to be closer to the parking lot vs closer to the Ocean. The location can't be beat with shops, dining, coffee, just steps away. There are lots of barbecues which is nice for a beach barbecue night. Special thanks to Tiffany for bringing my ID to my room when I left it at the front desk. Such nice service with Aloha. Thank you Islander.

This is the place to stay. It’s a hidden gem. Close to everything. No need to stay at a “mega” resort on Poipu. These rooms are perfect. Older yes but absolutely beautiful and peaceful in the middle of it all.

There are no elevators, so if you have any problems with stairs, you should book elsewhere or request a bottom floor. The front desk staff are very nice, when they are at the front desk. Housekeeping never answered the phone, and by the time we got to the front desk at 6:30 pm to request more towels or toilet paper, no one was around. The sign says call Security, but they are contracted out so they don’t have access to towels or toilet paper. Overall the room was clean, lots of drawer space. Nice property. Would probably book again, but would definitely request a bottom floor as my legs had a hard time navigating stairs with luggage and the bajillion things we were carrying.
