Large old building in fantastic location. The house is a bit institutional. The corridors seem old but the room we had was very nice and resently updated. Elegant bathroom. All necessary amenities were in the room. The terrasse on the lake is fantastic, but was unfortunately closed due to the weather. Breakfast was really good.

Die Zimmer sind ruhig, großzügig und sehr hell gestaltet, zudem stehen zwei Flaschen Wasser kostenfrei bereit. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse hinter dem Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum See, die Hotelgästen auch eine Bademöglichkeit bietet. Der Innenbereich wirkt stilvoll und gepflegt, und das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, kann aber bei voller Belegung etwas gedrängt wirken; am Abend überzeugt die Bar mit ausgezeichneten Cocktails. Die Preise liegen insgesamt auf gehobenem Niveau, inklusive 26 € pro Tag für den Parkplatz. Insgesamt ein sehr stilvolles Hotel mit hohem Komfort und besonderem Ambiente – ideal für einen Aufenthalt in Konstanz.

I loved this hotel. Konstanz is a beautiful town and this hotel is in the center of it all. Walking distance from both the port and train station. The hotel is in a former monastery. It is located right on the lake and rooms have both city and lake views. I stayed in a single on the 4th floor. The elevator goes to the 3rd but the hotel offered to take my luggage up if I did not want to go up the one flight of stairs. My room was super nice and clean. The bathroom was great. Would totally recommend to anyone.
