I booked this stay for a family wedding about 1/2 hour south of Bend. I called and asked for an early check-in about 11:30-12 due to the fact that we were traveling from 3 hours away and needed to get dressed for the wedding. The front desk person informed me that it would be a $20 charge for that and I said, great, no problem. She said she would put a note for our room to be ready first thing in the morning. We arrived at the motel at 11:40 to check in. Tiffany at the front desk, informed me that there were no rooms ready and the earliest one would be ready was 1:00. I told her I talked with someone to get in early and explained the situation. All she had to say was, well it's not ready so there was nothing she could do. We discussed it for a minute and to be honest, she had NO customer service skills at all. In my opinion she was abrupt and matter of fact. Not even a " I'm sorry, I wish there was something I could do, nothing". At this point I was aggravated because I was told something totally to the contrary. We had 1 hour to get on the road and get to the wedding on time. She didn't offer any alternative until I said, well is there somewhere we could use to get ready, seems the least you could do for our inconvenience. She said, we do have a bathroom you could change in. It was gross, but it was our only option. In the end it was her attitude towards everything that put me off. I don't write reviews at all but had to because it put a bad taste in my mouth with Wyndham.
