When we arrived the Lady at the front desk was really nice. She did complain to us about the Hotel and how horrible the pay was and how limited they are with staff. They only have one lady that does the cleaning and pretty much 3 other workers running this place. Breakfast was extremely limited. Pretty much you had your choice of cereal, orange juice, bagels and coffee. Once we went to the room, there was a weird smell in the hallway and in the room. Cleanliness is definitely not a thing for them. There was hair in the bathroom, socks hanging in the closet, urine in the toilet, bathtub looked like it had not been scrubbed ever it was just horrible. We had to go buy flip flops just to shower. Parking was okay.

Pleasant stay. Room was quiet and can be darkened so you get the sleep you need. Serves hot breakfast, didn’t see the indoor pool being used by anyone. Service is friendly. Hotel is more business focused than family focused since not much within walking distance to do/see.

Didn't end up staying, we were there MAYBE 30 minutes and went somewhere else. I just felt very uneasy there. I didn't like the location. Our toilet didn't flush. The pool was too cold, even for my 7 year old. Overall, just not a comfortable environment. (Did not request a refund, just accepted my loss and left!)

Wouldn’t stay here again!

This was the dirtiest room we’ve stayed in for a long long time! Nothing like they advertise! From the broken sink drain-mold gunk build up that you could see, to the dirt and grime on the floor, to the roach my husband found under a bag the morning we were to check out (we had no food in the room) to the mattress on the one bed that had a sinkhole in the middle- should’ve been thrown away. And their “quiet hours” meant nothing.

Bad Management Approach

This hotel's front parking lot is under construction or reparation. it is big enough to have been repaired in two phases. one side first, and leave the other for guests. It was a terrible experience to have to park on the dusty terrain and have to go around the parking walking on the dusty grass carrying your luggage. The lobby was messy, but it is understandable due to the construction work right is front of the entrance

Absolutely disgusted

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. I had a 2 day reservation and the clerk deactivated the key cards after 1 night. Not a big deal but very inconvenient. The breakfast food was absolutely horrible. Sugar free syrup for the waffle was gross and the uncooked or microwave bacon could absolutely get someone sick. I could go on and on. Would NOT recommend this hole to anyone.

Ugh...

The overall look of this hotel is dirty. The elevator was dirty, the hallways leading to our room haven’t been vacuumed in quite some time. Our room had a hole in the wall. The tub drain looks to be rotting. I realize we are dealing with an unprecedented time right now due to COVID, but that is no excuse for just plain lazy.....even with my discount I feel I have over paid to stay here.

It's what you'd expect, obviously nothing special but the room was cute and clean enough. The fridge seemed to be plugged in but it wasn't operating, and my room phone said Room 207 instead of the room number I was actually in (which could potentially cause confusion), but those are very minor complaints that didn't affect my satisfaction at all, just thought those were funny little mistakes that might bother someone else. The water bottles in the lobby are expensive but if you're lucky like we were, the desk clerk offered us a couple bottles for free during check-in. The check-out clerk was very friendly as well. All in all, I'd be happy to stay here again for the price.
