Great central location with shops and bars within easy walking distance. Room was well equipped and bed was comfortable, however, our room was on the front of the property and the street noise was SO loud, it really disrupted our sleep. There were also suspicious males sitting on the doorstep numerous times when we came in/out which made me feel uncomfortable as a female traveller, there were also big groups gathered on the street right outside the hotel at night too-it just didn’t feel particularly clean or safe due to this. It’s a shame because the hotel was lovely once inside.

Leuk hotel, hartje Rotterdam, prima!

Staff were fantastic. We really enjoyed the kitchenette facility with a shared fridge, microwave and coffee and tea. Everything was clean and felt well taken care of. We did find the pillows to be a bit small and lumpy (there were only 2 pillows on a queen size bed) and the shower does make the whole bathroom floor wet - thankfully they staff are happy to refresh your towels daily and they do have a towel warmer if you want to dry them faster yourself. There are quite a few stairs and the front door is quite heavy, so this hotel probably is not suitable for those with limited mobility.

Something was wrong with booking so my original room wasn’t available so they got me 2 upgrades and I’m very happy with the services and help.

The room is small and clean. It has limited space. The only thing that wasn’t good was the drains, the water overflows in the shower and the toilet sink. Check in was unusually and the hotel is missing a washer and a dryer which would have been nice. The location of the hotel is great.

Nice hotel / terrible breakfast .

Nice hotel let down by a terrible breakfast . Staff in breakfast bar were very unhelpful . I ordered a meat free option and they had ham on plate . After returning it to a surly staff member I found pieces of ham under my cheese . -see photo

A nice and simple hotel in the city centre. A good option for a short stay. Room was small, but modern and clean. The only drawbacks are that there was not socket to plug in the laptop anywhere near the small desk and it was quite noisy when people where gathering in the coffee room or entering and leaving the hotel, as the room was on the same level.
