The room was clean and spacious, the staff was excellent, and the location fantastic. We loved the free drinks in the common room. The only complaint was the slow wifi. Sometimes it was barely working. But I would definitely stay there again.

All good, highly recommended.

The room is spacious. Reception staff is friendly. It provide some coffee and tea to drink. Also, public kitchen is tidy and there are fully equipped some kitchenware and even oil and salt! We have great time here. Highly recommend it.

A very nice place to be. A lot of possibelity like your own kitchen, frieger, animi and manga books and free soft an hot drink. One of the best.

The staff is friendly. He introduced the hostel clearly to us. The location is good. It is close to Beppu tower and DONKI supermarket. There is a living room and kitchen which can be shared. It is good for family. Although there is no onsen bath inside the hostel, the price is relatively better. It is suitable for those not necessarily need a onsen bath inside the hostel.

Location was good. Next to a Donki and close to the main streets for food. Check in has to be between 3-8pm, which is very inconvenient. Otherwise no one will be at the counter. And if they come back to help you, they charge you extra for extended hour check in. Room is old, but decently clean. Bed was super hard and uncomfortable, as I can feel the hard spring and wasn’t able to sleep. Overall, I wouldn’t come back. Rating for the hotel is high, but it’s probably high for the kind of hotel it is. I would pay more for a better hotel next time.

USED CONDOM WRAPPERS AND TRUMPED UP CHARGES!!!

We arrived at 2:55 pm and were lectured about checking in early. From there it continured to go down hill. Within the first 30 minutes of being in the room my 3 year old son found a used condom wrapper on the floor. Yep! Good times. We noticed bi-lingual signs for almost every aspect of the hotel except the second floor door to the outside. We stayed on the second floor next to that door and used it to get to and from our vehicle thinking that it was simply a door with easy access to the parking lot. We were not told otherwise upon checking in and getting the property tour that seemed to cover all other aspects of the property. Well, come to find out the door is allegedly a fire escape. Again, we were not informed that it was, the door opened and closed as if there was no security associated with it (no alarm or lock). The stairs had a very unsafe railing with huge gaps, but other than that absolutely nothing remarkably about it....until we were asked to pay for a lock or some such service related to an unsecured door. We refused. Ultimately, the door should have been properly labled and secured. It was not. Trumped up repairs and expenses need not be included in the service you provide. SHAME ON YOU!

スタッフ　清潔感　サービス全てよかったです。星4つの理由はただ一つ、部屋を入った際、洗面と寝室との段差に何回もつまづきました。フロアの色が同じだからだと思います。テープを貼る、などの処置で転倒を防げると思います。

空間大，一樓的飲料都免費，還有桌上遊戲跟小孩玩，停車一晚收費500，走出去就有24H餐廳跟唐吉軻德很好逛，唐吉歌德大到會迷路，開車五分鐘有超商

適合家庭旅遊

1、一樓有廚房，需要的物品幾乎都有。2、一樓樓梯旁有洗衣設備，洗衣約30分鐘，烘衣時間就看個人需要，機器只收100元的零錢，旁邊沒有兌幣機。3、沒有電梯，要自己扛行李。4、隔音不錯。5、停車位有固定，不怕出門再回來沒車位。6、我們住三人房，房間蠻大的而且燈很亮。淋浴間比較小，要替孩子洗澡比較不方便。

Le mobilier de l'hôtel est un peut vieillot. La cuisine dans la chambre n'était pas équipée, il fallait aller cuisiner dans les parties communes. Il y a une salle commune aménagée pour créer des liens avec les autres clients., ce qui est agréable.

居心地良かったです！かったです！

小学生高学年､中学生になる子供を連れて宿泊しました。館内は綺麗で部屋はミニキッチン､ダイニングテーブル､ベッドとシンプルな作りですが､快適に過ごせました。子供たちは漫画とドリンクバーに喜んでいました｡部屋にはシャワーだけでしたが､近くに温泉もあり、ロビーには貸し出し用のシャンプー類もあり、便利だと思いました。また別府に行った際には泊まりたいです。

少し路地の中にあるので場所がわかりにくかった。部屋は寝るだけが目的だったが家族5人分のベッドもあり、広くて良かった。チェックインの際間に合わせると言っているにも関わらず時間厳守の連絡がしつこかった。朝、フロントが無人だったがキッチンスタッフの様な人が挨拶も無く、フリードリンクのコップが無い旨を伝えたが言葉が通じなくて困った。
