The check-in was confusing, and the guy at the front desk just told me "your room is X and the key is on the bed, to check out, bring your bed linen and leave the key at the front desk" and that was all the communications I had w/ the front desk during my whole stay (6 days), actually I barely crossed paths with them. So I guess if you plan get some support or advice for/around the city, you can't expect it from the front desk
Despite that, the stay was nice, clean, no weird smells and quiet, so good place for a rest, specially if you just need the hostel as a place to sleep. Must say is not very well illuminated, the aura is kind of dark but enough to not reach the creepy-unsecure line.
The bed was comfy enough and the linen was clean, you keep the key with you as it was the one of your own place and the front door works with a pincode that changes at least once a week and they send you an email with the new code.
