When I included breakfast on my room, it would be helpful to know they have a full breakfast menu and when you charge it to the room then its complimentary. The menu was great and the food was great. Also I appreciate that they served breakfast until 11am. Not many places I've been have done that.

The Tapestry Oread Hotel in Lawrence is outstanding! We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel while visiting our grandson who is a student at the University of Kansas. The hotel is so close to campus. It’s very handy to get to the football stadium the campus bookstore or just to take a stroll through the beautiful KU campus. The Hotel features a lively bar and great restaurant with a varied menu. Our room at the OREAD was very comfortable, clean quiet and just the way we like it!! we highly recommend the tapestry OREAD when visiting Lawrence, Kansas.

8/10 Muy buena

It wasn’t too bad however the room smelled a bit musty and the faucet of the bathroom sink was barely attached. Staff were very friendly though.

6/10 Buena

Can't criticize the location, if you have a reason to stay on campus. But, this is not the high end hotel they present. Construction of the building is poor - the walls are paper thin and not properly sound-insulated and you will hear clearly hear neighboring rooms and housekeeping. The WiFi signal is also marginal. And, stangely, the bed linens (at least in my king room) did not include a fitted sheet so they just had a non-fitting flat sheet on the mattress side which of course just came off the bed. Glad I was only there two nights.

Stayed here twice visiting Lawrence. Really nice hotel. You can get rooms overlooking the stadium too, which is kinda fun. Highly recommend.

4/10 Regular

Was expecting a unique experience here, but the inside decor was boring. Wouldn't have booked here if I knew rooftop terrace would be closed. No where to sit in the room. The bar staff was fairly un-atintative and the eggs benedict was made with canned salmon. Nasty.

the facility is a bit old. I can't recognise it as a 4-star hotel internationally.

We took the stairs to the rooftop and the hallway was very dirty and cobwebs. Carpet is ready for refresh throughout. Room was top notch as was the helpful staff.
