I’m writing this review to express how disappointed we are with our recent stay at this hotel. This was our fourth visit, and we’ve always enjoyed it in the past — which makes this experience even more upsetting.
We checked in around 9 PM and were given a suite on the second floor. Unfortunately, the guests above us were extremely loud, so the front desk moved us to a different room. After relocating our belongings, we were woken up around midnight by loud banging and what sounded like people jumping on and off the bed.
To make matters worse, the phone and outlets in our room weren’t working, so we had to walk to the front desk to report the noise. They said they would address it. An hour later, we heard another loud noise — possibly a sliding glass door — followed by more stomping and chaos. We walked back to the front desk again and were told they would speak to the guests.
However, from 1 AM to 5:30 AM, the noise continued. Nothing changed, and it seemed like either no action was taken or the guests simply didn’t care. We specifically booked a suite for extra space and privacy, away from the regular rooms, but this stay was anything but peaceful.
Additionally, the window blinds were broken, leaving the room overly bright all night and into the morning, and there was no hot water in the shower.
After all that, we left feeling frustrated and sleep-deprived. This was an awful experience and not worth the $150 plus parking. Sadly, we will not be returning.
