The hotel”s location is a 10/10. 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to town. The hotel is st the end of the road, so very quiet. Pools are great. We spent our time in the pool overlooking the beach. Breakfast was good.

Beautiful property! Better than expected! The rooms are very nice and clean. The buffet breakfast was great. The pool area was clean and so was the pool. Nice fresh towels. Very nice staff as well. Lots of dining along the waterfront as well as quick eats. Lots of stores to shop at and a few 711 and a Watson‘s I would definitely stay here again.

In the USA , this property is comparable to. Fairfield Inn by Marriott. We paid a premium to have Ocean view. The room is basic: hair dryer, fridge, hot pot and tea. The pool on the ocean side is small and has a small bar cafe. The staff were nice. We previously stayed at the Marriott Resort and Spa on Merlin Beach in Phuket. This property is much more basic. When we checked in, the staff member had us download their app. It was a bit flakyy to use.

Buffet breakfast wasn’t the greatest and some items were not refilled, my kids wanted flavoured milk at 7am but it was empty on consecutive days. Room cleaning each day seemed rushed and incomplete (left birthday cake plates and cutlery for 2 days, we had to take it out ourselves). The resort itself is great. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. I would come back.

I booked room with pool view and on arrival I got room with sewer view with horrible odor coming out of it. There is no way anyone could open the balcony door not mentioned going to the private pool. Hotel is very noisy very busy. I only eat breakfast there and only fruit because everything else had no taste. The stuff were not helpful. Never going back

The hotel is more like being in Orlando than in Thailand. It has no Thai personality. Very much a family resort, the pool lounges are taken by 9:00 a.m and guests keep them all day, even if they don’t use them for hours at a time. Lots of small children, not always supervised. The room was large and comfortable. Lots of choices at the breakfast buffet but the coffee was some of the worst I ever had at a hotel. There are lots of better choices in Krabi.

Don't recommend for anyone without children

Nice hotel with good service. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a single person or couple without children. I had children ages 2 to 8 years old staying in a room across from me screaming all hours from 7am till midnight. I had to scream out my door louder than them at 11pm at night for the children and their parents too finally get the idea that it was wrong!

Overpriced and overcrowded hotel

This was an affordable paradise some years ago. Quiet, adults in the front beach pool and the kids in the back side water slide, friendly staff and great breakfast. Now, it has become an overcrowded, noisy and very expensive hotel. Small kids playing around your sun loungers in the front beach side «grown up adult pool», all services and food much more expensive, renting out sun loungers and towels to people from other hotels (500thb per person). Average breakfast and the personell is unfriendly and DO NOT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND basic english. The tour desk-lady were showing us brochures for daytrips to the islands and did not understand our need for a car and ferry to Koh Lanta. Useless. Will not return to Centara Ao Nang again!

Dårligt: papirs tynde vægge så man kunne høre ALT! Når folk satte deres telefon i opladeren, hvis der blev tabt en blyant.. ALT! Morgenmads området var frygteligt, fin mad, men alt for meget larm og for mange mennesker på lidt plads. Godt: dejlige senge og puder, stor pool og rent, sødt og hjælpsomt personale
