Te arruinará el viaje

Aunque las opiniones no eran demasiado buenas reservamos en este “hotel” a través de una plataforma online y ante la imposibilidad de encontrar otra cosa en Melilla, todo completo. El “hotel” no es un hotel, se trata de un hostal/ pensión y tiene muchas muchas muchas deficiencias. Nada más llegar la habitación reservada (una triple) no está disponible, nos asignan una doble hasta solucionar el asunto; al mediodía me ofrecen un descuento para que nos quedemos en la doble, ES INDIGNANTE, FALTA ABSOLUTA DE PROFESIONALIDAD, AUTÉNTICOS INCOMPETENTES. Por supuesto me niego y bajo amenaza de reclamación formal consigo mi habitación triple. Edificio viejo, falta absoluta de mantenimiento, limpieza deficiente, bichos… Se nota que recientemente han lavado la cara a los pasillos y han colocado mobiliario nuevo en las habitaciones PERO sin renovar ni baños, ni puertas, ni paredes, ni tuberías, ni nada. El mobiliario nuevo, aunque de poquita calidad, resulta algo grotesco, ridículo y absurdo en una habitación tan vieja y con un baño en un estado lamentable. La cobertura es nula, el wifi no funciona nunca, la señal de TV horrorosa. HUMEDADES, CUCARACHAS, ROTURAS completan el despropósito de un establecimiento nada nada nada recomendable.

Hotel adecuado y en buena situación, las instalaciones algo envejecidas y desgastadas, pero ducha, wifi, aire funcionaron perfectamente. Estancia muy tranquila pues creo que era el único huésped, pero la puerta de la habitación era muy ruidosa al cerrar. Atención rápida y me dieron la habitación al llegar.

Lo mejor la ubicación, y por el resto deja bastante que desear, la limpieza es pésima, encima del armario una buena capa de polvo, óxido en la nevera, la ducha no tragaba, así que toca ser rápido, las partes metálicas oxidadas, el bater eso ya es punto y aparte, había polvo acumulado hasta en los enchufes y el mando de la tele para tocarlo con guantes

Las habitaciones, al menos la mia, necesitan regormas urgentemente sobre todo los baños.la mampara de la ducha llena de óxido y desconchada, la nevera por dentro mejor ni mirarla, amarillenta de sabe Dios que. El armario de doble puerta tenia solo una sola puerta corredera con lo que quedaba todo a la vista. Te hacen entregar la llave de la habitación cada vez que sales del hotel, segun me explicaron para que pueda entrar el personal de limpieza. Y algun dia al regresar al hotel no me encontraban la llave. El primer dia me fui a hacer deporte y ya habian limpiado ña habitacion pero no me dejaron ni una sola toalla, avise a recrpcion y la respuesta que me dieron fue: escque limpian las habitaciones y cuando teeminan todas ponen las toallas limpias,,,,me toco esperar por toallas.
