The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Remembered my birthday :) they gave great directions and suggestions for things to do. The food was INCREDIBLE. Both the dining on the first floor and the rooftop. The views on the rooftop were equally incredible. The room we stayed in was comfortable, small, but cozy. The king bed was a plus, pillows left a little more to be desired, the rainfall shower head was super relaxing.

Pros: Location is central to all things West Loop. Staff is genuinely professional and friendly from the front desk to bar. The common areas (lobby bar, Cira, and Lazybird) are great. Cons: It’s a scene on the weekends and each time I’ve stayed there other guests have inconsiderately slammed doors and had full throated conversations throughout the night 12AM to 5AM, no exaggeration. So yeah, that’s a definite The rooms are small, spartan, and tired.
