The hotel was right next to Callao, Santa Domingo metro stations, and walkable to Sol and Plaza Espana metro station, and just across the street there is a 24H Carrefour supermarket, overall a super convenient location. Hotel staff was help helpful and nice, assisting us in any way they could. The twin room we booked was clean and stylish, just a little smaller than we expected. Good thing the toilet and shower room were separated. Too bad there was no view towards Gran Via, and the choices of the breakfast were kinda limited so we decided to cancel the day we checked in, but overall I'd still recommend this hotel because of the convenient location and the new, stylish, and clean environment.
