Dear Comfort Inn & Suites Management,
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel.
The experience was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. The pillows in the room had a strong, foul odor—similar to armpits and mold—which made it impossible to rest comfortably. It was clear the linens were not properly cleaned or replaced, and the smell was absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. In addition, the air conditioning unit was excessively loud, producing constant noise throughout the night that prevented me from getting any sleep.
Between the unbearable smell and the disruptive noise, I was unable to sleep at all during my stay. I checked into your hotel expecting a clean, restful environment, and unfortunately, that was not the experience I received.
Given the unsanitary conditions and the severe discomfort caused, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. I hope you take this matter seriously, as no guest should have to endure such conditions.
