I read a lot of the previous reviews, most of which were not good. I did not experience any issues. Sure, the place could use some updates but I had no problems. My room was clean, no bed bugs or anything like that. Check in was easy and the guy was nice.

I can't speak for any of the amenities, but for someone just needing a quick one night stay it was great. Room was a little banged up, but it was cheap. Bed was super comfortable and the front desk person was super nice. I left before breakfast, so not sure how that is.

The bathroom shower curtains had stains on them, towels were limited and not to mention very dull and not bright whites, floors very slippery and almost feel 4x, carpet was nasty/dirty. For the amount of money paid for the room was expecting more. TV was extra small and hard to watch, breakfast didn’t include any meats 😡

There is no elevator on this multi story property. It’s a mystery to me how this facility has remained open given its apparent failure to comply with the ADA. The place had the smell of a bad pool locker room—a strong astringent. The floors in the room was icky and slippery. Excellent water pressure in the shower.

The hallways had an awful odor. They seem to have dehumidifiers to help mitigate it but it didn't really help. I think the property could use a little bit of a refurbish. The TV didn't work. I asked the front desk clerk help me and he never showed up. And the breakfast looked un-edible so I just left. It was disappointing. I don't think I'll be staying there again

I think this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They put us in a smoking room after saying that was all that was available. This was not what I booked. Obviously the rooms then smelled like smoke. There was cigarette ash everywhere, holes in the walls, hair in the shower, stains on the wall and a dead cockroach. The whole hotel had an unpleasant smell. The breakfast did not smell or look good so we did not have anything. Parking is fine and onsite but everything else about this hotel was not good.

This is a great place for an overnight stay while traveling through. It is conveniently located off the interstate. The lobby was clean, staff was friendly and helpful Our room was nice. Air conditioner worked. Bedding was clean. The bathroom was clean. Typical continental breakfast. Very reasonable price to stay. Nice outdoor pool. I would have given 5 star except floors were not clean. They were mopped but probably were not rinsed with clean water.

My stay was great but they should really add an elevator. I was not aware they didn't have one, which caused some complications with luggage. Travel light if you're staying here.

Would not recommend this place to anyone, it was outdated and dirty, smelled like cigarettes. There was shady people roaming around the parking lot at all times, it felt very unsafe. Wish I would have been able to obtain a refund and we would have definitely went elsewhere to stay.

The floor between the bad & wall AC was soaked. No phone in the room so when the neighbors left their music on all night while they partied loudly, and started screaming at 6am at each other, we couldn't call from room and no one answered the office phont. Mom was in a wheelchair, and when I called in advance they said there are no elevators, but it would be no problem getting a room on the first floor. We did get a room on the first floor (the last one), and when we asked the next day for a different room (see issues above), they made us wait until after check out, then told us they could not accommodate the ADA need. So we had to find a different hotel. Because it was past 11, they refused to refund day 2. That was AFTER they put me off about the refund for 4 days after we checked out, saying the manager wasn't there to do it. By the time we got RAJ on the phone, after we were back home in a different state, he claimed every single thing I said was a lie, and because we were there until 2 the day we checked out, he wouldn't give a refund for that day, and all my complaints were lies. I ask, WHY, would i make up lies so I had to move my family and handicapped mother to a different hotel one day in? Not only was the switch entirety inconvenient, but I risked losing the entire payment. skip this place. Unless you want to party all night - then this is your dump.
