Honestly, the hotel is ok maybe 6/10 but that is not really my issue. Far be it for me to give a negative review normally however I stayed for 2 nights arrived on the Monday and left this morning. Checked in about 4pm and left my bags as I had to go out. I arrived back at 10pm and went for a shower, I had no hot water, ran my taps for a while and nothing, ended up having a cold shower (not ideal) and went to bed. Next morning there was no one on reception and I had to go out, so I thought I'll let them know on my return in the evening. When I went to reception I spoke to a lad to let him know I had no hot water in my room. At this point a woman appeared and he said "he has no hot water, what should I do?" to which she looked at me and said that they needed a part and the plumber would be here at 8am, this was about the time I was due to leave on the Wednesday morning. My biggest issue is they clearly knew when I checked in on the Monday, no one said a word, offered me any alternative, said sorry, not a word. When I raised the issue on the Tuesday evening again no apology, offer of a resolution what so ever. I feel like whilst the water may have been out of their control that they could have on several occasions let me know and simply chose not to. It was disappointing.
The hotel was otherwise ok but nothing special. They have a small pool but it costs extra to use it, there is parking on the front, however again at extra cost.
