Building was clean and the apartment appearednew or newly refurbished. The manager spoke excellent english and was very helpful at all times.
My only confusion was seperation of rubbish (food scraps, carton/paper, plastics and (presumably) 'other'.. there were different coloured bins for this in the ground level parking area - but all were empty each time I checked and I was unable to discern which colour was for what use.
The immediate district has supermarkets within a 2 block radius - there is also a hypermarket (called a Jumbo) about a 15 minute walk away. Almost every block will have one or two good dining venues. A laundry service (i.e, you drop, they clean/fold, you collect - generally quite cheap in Argentina) was one block away on Humboldt Street.
The area is safe, footpaths a perhaps a little cluttered (but not an issue).
Liked the place and would definately use it again.
