Room was spacious and the beds were very clean, though some touch ups definitely could've been made in the room. I probably would give it higher than 3 starts but it looked like there was mold and/or water damage under the air conditioner to our room and it smelled very musty in the king room

Respectful, quiet, considerate, and spacious place. Full size fridge is nice. The place is tucked away but still very close to everything you may, or may not, want to do in orange. Great if you’re a contractor and travel for work. Would recommend, and would stay again. It’s not fancy, but they keep what they got clean despite East Texas Humidity. I’m low maintenance, but I had no problems, and if I did, I know they would get it sorted. Cheers.

Older, park in front of your room motel that has had some updating. Clean room and comfortable bed. Nice staff. Very reasonable rate which is why I stopped here. Probably would not stay here if my wife and kids were with me as I was unsure of the area.

Due to recent storm damage to my dwelling, needed to stay 7 days while repairs took place. Found this Hotel on Expedia, price was excellent for duration, rooms are super big with kitchenette. Nice extra comfortable king size bed and a very quiet atmosphere. A in my book. Thanks again to the staff as well , very helpful and informative. Will highly recommend to my co workers in this area .

The rooms were super clean. Looked like the rooms had recently been renovated. It was a shame we only stayed one night. Great place to stay for multiple nights. Loved the small details like iron and ironing board, hair dryer, automatic shampoo/body wash dispenser. Plenty of clean towels. Full size microwave. Big refrigerator. Lots of cabinet space. Very clean stove top and coffee maker. The grounds were super clean and very well lit. Cute little dinette in the kitchen area. I will definitely stay here again. The ONLY exception was the front desk clerk. He was not friendly. Upon arrival his greeting was, what is your name? He was efficient with the check-in but he was not friendly and dismissive. Once he was done with check-in he said, you can go now. Being a frequent traveler, I know good customer service and bad customer service. Does he not realize that he is the face of the company and the first impression for the property? Good customer service may not matter to some people but it does make a difference. Perhaps he should consider a career change.
