The outside of the hotel and lobby are very nice. We were only there one night so we didn’t make a fuss because the bed was clean. Unfortunately, it was pretty much the only thing. The tables and counters were dusty, the coffee maker (Keurig) was too dirty to use. When we walked in we noticed right away the floor throughout was visibly dirty. The standing shower floor was so dirty we didn’t use it. Thankfully, I was prepared with towels, wash clothes, some cleaning supplies and slippers. Later, my family told me these hotels have high standards and said we should have complained, but I didn’t because check in is at 3pm and we were to leave at 7:45am. This hotel is two levels and gives you the option of an indoor pool or outdoor parking lot view. The way you walk through the halls to the pool, gym, business rooms and restaurant felt like walking through a cruise ship. The hallways are long oval. The treadmill wasn’t working but the elliptical and bike were, there was a mat and many lifting options. We only glance at the pool area, it was closed. It seemed nice with a lot of space to walk around it and some seating. In the morning the restaurant/bar had a complimentary breakfast area. It was dimly lit but nice. There was both hot food, cold yogurt and fruit. Hot coffee and a couple types of juice. What we had was very good, there was a sign ‘no leftovers’. Checkout was easy/friendly on a weekday in spring so not at all busy. We were able to use a QR code to tip housekeeping.
