Love the idea for a family you can do the suit. However need new mattresses for the beds as well as the pull-out couch. Also need to offer roll out beds for extra teens that do not want to sleep together. Also needs breakfast option

Over all our stay was very good. However, The side chair and the outman was stained. it would have been a perfect stay other than that.
