From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The valet staff swarmed our vehicle aggressively, refusing to let me stop in front to check in. Their pushy behavior felt more like pressure than hospitality.
While the restaurant’s food was excellent, the service ruined the experience. Our waiter was impatient, forgetful, and unprofessional. After several reminders about missing condiments, he returned, slammed them on the table, and said, “I know y’all like the food,” before walking away. Completely unacceptable behavior.
I shared this with the restaurant’s GM, who laughed and dismissed my concern, saying it didn’t sound like something his staff would do. No apology. No accountability.
To top it off, there was a dirty hair tie left behind in the room, raising serious questions about cleanliness and attention to detail.
This resort markets itself as upscale, but my experience said otherwise. Poor service, a lack of professionalism, and dismissive management make it hard to recommend.
