Ants everywhere in the room (in my luggage, on the bed, etc.), no cold water during my stay (only hot water), dilapidated furniture, on an unattractive street but thankfully a short walk to the main tourist street. The breakfast is typical, not bad but nothing special. I would avoid this hotel. It has the potential to be nice if the rooms would be upgraded and better-furnished. But unfortunately I found it very unpleasant and was happy I only stayed one night.

Not so good: -They had a lack of warm water for the shower in the morning. - The room had no storage shelves - had to leave everything on the floor. - The beach front spot lights were left on all night - not good for sleeping and not good for sea turtles.
