I have trusted the Hilton brand & I booked the room online. I’ve been told you receive online rooms meaning not the best. My husband and I booked a King which looked nice in the picture. We arrived, checked in and went to the room. Unacceptable. The bed looked like someone had taken a nap on the bedding and there was a very musty smell. We went back to the manager who apologized and took his time selecting a new room for us. It was two queens, but the hall and room didn’t have the musty odor and the room was fresh. Big difference. The hotel offers very basic amenities. I had to ask for cups, no coffee makers in the room or ice buckets or alarm clocks. The coffee they offer complimentary in the lobby & for breakfast is very watered down. Overall I gave this hotel 3 stars instead of 2 because it was a ok place to stay but don’t expect the extras.
