4 star facilities hotel but with a 3 star quality
Stayed for 1 night and for us that was more than enough.
To keep it as short as possible the hotel had a real maintance problem, for a 4 star hotel with friendly staff that can be a huge issue.
The hotelrooms are full of dust and maintance problems.
We were changed to another premium room where funny wise it was exactly the same problem.
The rooms could use a big renovation in wise because you still have the feeling you are in a hotel of 70s.
When I addressed this to the reception they were friendly about my remarks and tried to help where possible.
But for a 4 star hotel there is a lot of work to do! I did the test of laying things everywhere the housekeeping should pass but it was noticable that even in the "welness" or at the pool, hallways and other places the things kept laying there for longer than 24h.
Also why paying for breakfast when no one asked your room number.
About the breakfast buffet: it would be good that the hotel put some more information about drinks and others so people with allergies know what to expect (You are a 4* hotel you should upper the standards), I think the hotel was 20 years ago a 4 star hotel today it would not fit anymore, comparing with other chains.
I will send this week my findings about the big issues regarding this hotel to the chain so they can improve it.
