Atención lamentable, nula amabilidad

Lamentable atención. Es inadmisible que desde el checkin hasta el checkout de la estancia (2 noches) la basura esparcida por el suelo de la entrada a la propiedad no fuera recogida. Se le envió foto a los gestores del apartamento y no se dignaron a contestar. La gestión solo se preocupa de recordarte la hora de checkout, pero no de sus obligaciones. El lavavajillas no funcionaba y no se ofreció alternativa alguna, teniendo un paratamento libre en la planta inferior.

Great location - we had gondoliers floating past our windows! The spacious apartment has everything one needs for a comfortable visit to Florence. I would highly recommend it. As for improvements: the check-in process was a little bumpy. I messaged the host a day or so before arriving asking if we could leave our luggage at the property while we waited for the official check-in (at 3:00pm); I didn't receive any response. The instructions did mention that we could use luggage storage services while we waited for check-in, and we ended up doing that, but it was a hassle, and felt like an unnecessary expense.

Floors were dirty, bathroom smells so bad. Light at the entrance was not working and trash everywhere at the gate. Very hard to get any response from the host. Will never go there again

Easy, comfortable and close to the attractions

Great place to stay! Apparently there was some issues with the olumming below us but what can you expect from old beautiful buildings! Located close to everything we wanted to see and easy to find.

Pros: The location of this apartment is excellent! Right near the main attractions but tucked away in a quiet corner. The view of the canal was really nice with gondolas going by all the time. The apartment was a good size for s family of 4. 2 adults and 2 young kids. There was a washing machine and kitchen with most of what you would need. Cons: the condition of the apartment was not great. There was paint and big pieces of plaster chipping off corners, under windows and the ceiling. the air conditioner in the single bed room was moldy. (I only noticed it on the last day when i went to shut it off and it opened all the way to reveal what my kid was breathing for 5 nights). There's no ac in the master bedroom but if you open the door three ac from living room is ok. If you stay in the downstairs apartment like us you will hear your neighbors upstairs clearly. Ours decided to get their steps in and rearrange the furniture after midnight.

Great location. Unfortunately when we checked in, there was a maintenance issue with the shower that needed repair and we were not able to use one of the showers in the apartment.

Un hébergement très bien placé et top dans cette ville magique. Pour le parking utilisez le parking tronchetto. Merci à notre hôte qui a su nous retrouver pour nous rendre un bien oublié à l’appartement !!! Bref tout était parfait

La ville de Venise est superbe et il ne faut pas se priver non plus des îles de Murano et Burano. L appartement est idéalement placé pour ça et la propreté était irréprochable. Après, le matériel et les équipements restent basiques et le minimum est présent.

It was a little difficult to find at first, but the apartment itself was very nice from inside, and the owner provided all basic amenities for a comfortable stay. The only challenge we faced was taking our heavy luggage to our apartment at 2nd level on the very narrow round stairs. We enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood.

Apartment was spacious, clean and great location. Close to the all the beautiful attractions, water-bus, restaurants and grocery store. Only thing that I would have liked was a light in the front of apartment as it was very dark when returning in the evening. Good communication from property via WhatsApp when we had questions. I would book again in future.

La quasi perfection

Excellent séjour en famille. Appartement très bien placé, les gondoliers sous les fenêtres pour ke spectacle. Seul point gênant les toilettes inconfortables. L' un dans un angle fermé obligeant à s'installer de côté, l'autre mieux orienter mais avec le robinet du sèche serviette dans les hanches. De petits détails mais qu'il faut signaler tant le reste est presque parfait.

This property was fantastic for our family, we are 3 teens and parents and this gave us the space we needed comfortably. The only issue we had was the property was not ready at the said time and we had to wait for another hour. However we would book it again and recommend others to do so.

Bekvämt i centrala Venedig

Perfekt läge nära alla sevärdheter. Alla bekvämligheter vi kunde behöva! Lite klurigt att hitta hit, men med en steg för steg beskrivning från boendet gick det som en dans. Lite sliten bäddsoffa, så inte den mest bekväma. Och glasbord med lös skiva var inte den bästa lösningen.

The flat had a washer which was great but not much amenities were provided except for cutlery. Unfortunately the flat was not well maintained so we did rate it low. The location was spot on we not only had a wonderful view of gondolas passing by but since it was in The area of San Marco we were walking distance from the important sites in Venice. It was pretty run down and you could hear the people above us pulling and dragging chairs which was annoying. It was fun staying there and they provided easy to follow instructions to where the flat was all the way from the stop we had to get off of the Vaporetto to the streets that lead up to the front door. Thank you for the stay
