Poor Communication
There were a lot of things that went wrong with our visit. I arrived in a taxi with another family and we received our wristbands at the gate without instructions as to which room belonged to each family, so we found out when we guessed incorrectly as the wristband provided didn't work for the respective room.
Then everything about the property depended on accessing an app we couldn't download, so we had difficulty navigating the property and making reservations. We tried to make reservations at a restaurant for dinner at 7pm and were told to return at 7pm, when we did there was no availability till 8pm.
We enjoyed the water park and there was a lot we probably didn't explore, but because we didn't have access to the app, it was difficult to take advantage of everything offered. At the price we paid, we found the experience disappointing.
