This was hands-down the worst hotel stay I’ve had in years. The place is falling apart — dirty, musty, and clearly neglected. When we arrived, the front desk was completely unmanned. After a ridiculous 20-minute wait, the receptionist finally showed up, unapologetic and shockingly rude. Instead of acknowledging the delay, she *defended* her absence by saying she had “other things to do.”
Then came the absurd check-in process: she flat-out refused to check me in until my wife arrived with her ID — something no other hotel has *ever* required. After another 15-minute wait (my wife had stepped out briefly to get food for our child), she finally, and begrudgingly, agreed to check me in. Her attitude throughout was hostile and dismissive.
The room? A complete disgrace. Musty hallways with industrial fans blasting to combat humidity — loud and ineffective. The room had visible bugs. ZERO toiletries apart from a sad little bar of soap. And when I politely requested an extra towel set for our child, I was snapped at and told only two sets were allowed — despite having clearly stated during booking that we were a party of *three*.
This place is a joke. Disorganized, dirty, and staffed by people who have no business working in hospitality. Do yourself a favor — stay literally anywhere else.
