Every thing was excellent, that staff was super helpful and friendly, they made sure we were as comfortable as can be. The room was extremely beautiful and clean with amazing views and having a self pool was very nice and relaxing. The amenities were magnificent enjoying the natural environment and nature sea ocean water pool was extremely amazing.. my husband and I had a really great experience with this hotel and definitely come back to it and recommend it. The view is fantastic and the staff was great. My only issues were a lack of consistency each day with some days not getting face cloths or only one hand towel. In addition, the last breakfast there were no napkins available on any tables. My wife also had to request tea each day, but often received coffee instead in the morning.
