I was allowed to check in early. The staff member told me that I should really tip the housekeeper because she cleaned a room fast for me. When I got to the room the only part that had been cleaned was the bathroom. The bed was dirty and clearly slept in, the trashes had not been taken out and there were crumbs all over the desk. Called the front desk and was told they would send someone up, an hour later no one had shown so I called down again and the staff member gave me attitude about how the hotel is sold out and it’s busy. By the time I left and came back at night still no one had come to clean the room.
