We absolutely loved staying here. It was cozy, the staff were kind, the breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone! It was very comfortable. I wish there was air conditioning and the bed was a bit hard but everything else was perfect.

Das Essensangebot (ich hatte Frühstück inklusive) war ausserordentlich vielfältig und schmackhaft, auch die optische Aufbereitung gefiel mir. Ich hätte mir einen etwas persönlicheren Service gewünscht, vielleicht ist dies mangels ausreichender Anzahl vin Mitarbeitern aber nicht mehr möglich und/oder nichr mehr gewollt. Mein Zimmer 57 war keider dunkel und recht klein u d von der Lage Richtung Strasse leider Ich nicht so ruhig wie ich wa im Vorfeld erbeten hatte. Ein Wechsel war aufgrund der Hotelbelegung angabegemäss nicht möglich. Da ich lediglich 2 Übernachtungen gebucht hatte uns der Gesamtpreis zudem sehr attraktiv war, war ich unter dem Atrich dennoch zufrieden. Insbesondere auch die Qualität der angebotenen Getränke und das abendliche 3-Gänge Menü überzeugten, gleichfalls die wunderschöne Landschaft und Umgebung, ideal zum Wandern und Entspannen.

L'hôtel allie authenticité et modernité avec brio. Il est situé en plein centre ville. Le sauna et la piscine sont accessibles à un certain créneau. Merci au personnel qui nous ont permis de conserver notre chambre une nuit supplémentaire.

Hervorragendes Hotel. Super Kommunikation vorab. Konnten erst spät anreisen, war aber alles sehr einfach und problemlos organisiert. Bekamen sogar ein Upgrade. Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Gute Mischung aus rustikal und modern. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze. Zimmer sehr sauber, schön und groß. Bett super bequem. Haben richtig gut geschlafen. Frühstück war extrem gut. Hohe Qualität, sehr gute Auswahl und sehr lecker. Personal durchgehend freundlich, professionell und sehr entspannt. Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Hotel mit Charme und Optimierungspotential

Die Kombination von Hotel, Sauna und Restaurant sowie ländliche Lage waren für uns das Motiv zur Übernachtung im Hotel. Hotelambiente sehr positiv, z.B. wurden platzierte Kerzen etc. auch tatsächlich angezündet und nicht nur dekorativ platziert. Gelungene Beleuchtung und Gestaltung der Räumlichkeiten. Vermisst haben wir im Zimmer eine komfortable Sitzgelegenheit für zwei Personen. Die Saunaöffnungszeiten erschien uns mit 2 Stunden sportlich knapp für die Wintersaison. Zudem war die Räumlichkeit der Sauna zu kühl bzw. fehlten dort zumindest Zusatzdecken für die Liegen. Saunatücher dürften größer ausfallen. Die Gaststätte war sehr einladend, die Gerichte sehr ansprechend und Getränkeauswahl sehr umfangreich. (Leider waren unsere gewählten Speisen zu salzig geraten aber noch verzehrfähig aber der Genuß blieb leider aus. Der Salat war ebenso etwas zu Essig-lastig, jedoch auch essbar, jedoch wären hier das Abschmecken nach erfolgter Zubereitung vor dem Servieren wünschenswert.

Black Forest hotel stay

Nice place to stay in the Black Forest region. Clean comfortable room. Check in was a small challenge due to language barrier, but quickly done. Restaurant food and service was great. There is no elevator to second floor in one building, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the set of stairs. The St Margen cloister museum nearby is a must see for any clock enthusiasts.
