6/10 When I arrived, I realised that there is no bell, I had not received any instructions how can I enter the hostel and they were giving just a telephone number to contact. That’s it! Unfortunatelly I did not have roaming so basically I was lucky to ask the help of a local to call the hostel.
Instead of just open me and somehow easily give me the key, (through the telephone of the stranger that agreed to help me) they started explaining me that I should have received the messages and making it more complicated to finally take the key. If when I arrive a hostel after a long trip you make my life difficult, then I guess you understand this is a bad beginning. But waiting half an hour outside the hostel trying somehow to find a way to enter was not OK… Apart from that, the hostel was quite clean but it was not a pleasant experience. Also at the end of my stay when I informed them about that (no instructions received so I could be able to enter etc etc), their answer was that with this agency (expedia group) they have maybe this problem and somehow like it is fault of the agency… come on guys, this is not a good customer service
