Soi Green Mango is the beating heart of Samui's nightlife, home to cheap drinks, loud music and good times. The highlight of the street is the namesake establishment at the very end of the road – The Green Mango Club, which has been an institution of Chaweng’s nightlife for decades.
There are a good few beer bars and a modest choice of nightclubs. The popularity of the street has started to slip in recent years, particularly as it has a slightly seedy reputation, but Soi Green Mango still has a lot to offer once it comes to life after midnight. Soi Green Mango forms a loop heading inland off the northern end of Chaweng Beach Road. The entrance is lit by bright signs and banners.

The club is right at the end of Soi Green Mango, where the partying only really gets started at midnight. Although the closing time is listed as 2 am, The Green Mango Club routinely stays open until 5 am in high season. Despite being one of the biggest dance floors in Koh Samui (assuming you don’t count the beach), the place is packed most nights.

Hush

Hush is one of the smaller bars on Soi Green Mango, yet also one of the most popular. It features live DJs playing the best hip-hop, creating a fantastic party atmosphere. Drinks are reasonably priced, with buy-one-get-one-free on buckets during happy hour, as well as great deals on shots.
They have their own signature shots, with names too fruity to write here. To some extent, that is the tone of the bar, which has scantily-clad staff and a raunchy atmosphere.

Viking Bar

With a name like Viking Bar and a distinctive yellow and blue colour scheme, the Swedish association is a strong one. The popular Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and English music also attracts the Scandinavian travellers, though all are welcome to this friendly little establishment.
It has a fun atmosphere, created in part by the various drinking contests, including the yard of ale challenge. Drinks prices are pretty competitive, with bottles of Chang and buckets of liquor being the order of the day for most customers.

No night out in Chaweng is complete without some tasty fried food to help soak up some of the alcohol. Fortunately, Food Point is ready to serve you all the traditional late-night treats.
Technically a collection of outlets, prices are reasonable for the customary kebab, slice of pizza, sandwich, hot dog, ice cream or more traditional Thai dishes. You can order your meal to take away or take a seat at the shared seating in from of the food stalls.
