"This is a beautiful property. Gorgeous golf course and Mountain View’s everywhere along the Kiso Road. Buffet breakfast and dinner were presented visually interesting and delicious. Staff pleasant and professional. We will stay at an IHG hotel again."

"Great stay! The room was clean, spacious, and well kept. Even though full room cleaning isn't done daily for eco-friendly reasons, the staff still emptied the trash, replaced towels, and made the bed each day. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the dining area was always clean. The location is fantastic, just steps from Nagano Station, making it super easy to get around. We also appreciated the affordable on-site laundromat and the hotel's commitment to sustainability. Would definitely stay at Toyoko Inn again! 😊"

"There were some maintenance issues with the hotel. The lights on the elevator button on the 9th floor did not illuminate, my room lights were also a little trouble. There were a couple of bugs in my room as well. The check in staff was not as accommodating as I would have liked. However, the hot spring was great. The hotel bus driver and restaurant staff were very friendly."
