However, the thing we appreciated most about the listing in the end was its location. We were within a short walk of the Castle, the city walls, the waterfront quay, Plas Mawr, the Royal Cambrian Academy and a myriad of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. "Clean and spacious for us (couple in late 20s).
Good kitchen and cooking space with all utensils provided.
The beds were comfy too.
The sofas were leather and not very comfortable but we tried to be out and about as much as we could.
No towels were provided Because of covid so we had to buy some as all of the information said they would be supplied and we didn’t bring any."

"Excellent hotel that ticked all the boxes for our family road trip. The hotel manager went above and beyond for us and made our stay extra special. Our room was perfect and the restaurant bar terrace was fantastic. Will return for an extended visit to explore the surrounding area further."

Food was simply amazing both for evening meal and breakfast.
Plenty of parking.
Ideal location for peace and quiet.

"Loved the location, stunning views, river nearby for walking along and for swimming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price I would have expected at least a fan in the room, lighter cover for the bed, available ice (to be fair, we were there on the (unprecedented) hottest day of the year) and cooked breakfast (which was extra cost)."
