"Great place to stay if you plan to be out all day. Staff are wonderful & so friendly. Would be nice to have a mini fridge in the single rooms. Luckily I had the family suite which had one. Worth noting that the juggalos are completely dark with minimal electrical lights, no windows. Just a shutter but if you open that all the cold air leaves the room. And trust me, it’s very steamy in Jan so you’ll want the aircon on. This also means that you hear every noise too and there’s quite a lot of...

We could definitely tell the staff is new and still learning, as they forgot some things and had some weird ways of doing things. But they were very attentive and friendly so that didn't bother us."
