"Lovely accommodation, very friendly helpful host, great breakfast "

"This property is, I believe, a small apartment based property in the heart of the city. It is well located and Cristina, who seems to be in charge of things, is extremely helpful. We exchanged several emails before arrival where she answered all the questions I had."

"Simone & his helper are very helpful and welcoming hosts. The building is certainly characterful and interesting. The rooms are reached via several flights of stairs so that may be an issue if you have limited mobility but the rooms are very clean and well equipped. Warm room Comfortable bed and a Hot shower. Simone offers complimentary coffee, fruit and yogurt in the reception area each morning which is a very welcome bonus. Property is located a short,( 5-10 mins) flat walk into the city...

"A central location near many of the city’s best attractions. I was here because my wife was in hospital after an accident and dates were fluid. Barbara was very understanding and helpful about possible date changes. I would definitely stay here again. The room is very secure but be aware that it’s up two flights of stairs. "

"Lovely family hotel, nothing was too much trouble."

"Such a lovely, well-designed, and unique place, super close to Piazza di Signore. Elia and Marco were especially helpful at every turn… always available for advice and help sorting out airport transfers and recommendations in town. Would def stay again."
