"Lovely boutique hotel nestled in a little bay of Camara de Lobos. Our initial flight from London was cancelled so we arrived a day and a half later than anticipated and when we called to inform the hotel they were so helpful, held the room for us and ensured they had 24/7 reception so we were able to check-in fairly late. They had a welcome present for us in the room as well (that might be because we booked through hotels.com VIP though). The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly throughout...
