"Good items - major laundromat adjacent to hotel, price for this area. Bad- the one major issue is rooms do not have individual a/c control. They have a thermostat but it can only heat the room ( not tested we were staying in June) but it can not control the a/c. Sign outside hotel says a/c and free WiFi. THE BUILDING has A/C, the rooms have a vent which a/c trickles through but the ROOMS DO NOT HAVE A/C. We were on third floor and it was 70 degrees so the room was HOT. No fan or anything. Room was okay, it was dated but you get what you pay for. Location good, big parking around back."

"If you’re looking for cheap and cheerful this is the place for you. Don’t expect perfect facilities . The advert shows a dining room but there are no dining facilities. The rooms are clean but basic with microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom fittings poor quality with cracked tiles and mouldy sealant. You get what you pay for."

"The remodel is very nice and great that you all except pets, but no grass nearby at all super difficult. The rooms are nice but the doors need to be replaced please do so, you can see underneath there is light that comes around them you can hear everything! Parking is not great either."

"It was old and over run. The front needs to be cleaned up. I booked 4 months ago and paid for 2 double beds. When we got there she said there's a double and twin. I was not happy. The only good thing was a place to sleep. I don't recommend this place."
