"Great location short walk to Victoria Square, Rundle Mall. Also bus stop right out the front. Great rooms, clean, comfortable bed. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Our second stay here and will definitely stay again."
"We booked a regular standard queen room, however we were given an accessible room. Upon trying to change, initially it was deemed that I had incorrectly booked, but upon showing proof, they ascertained that it was a hotels.com issue. After a fair bit of to & fro, the front staff managed to provide a room as per the original booking.
The hotel was definitely too pricey, we paid almost double the regular rate, all hotels were hiked up due to the concert & events during the week. Breakfast was included but generally average. It was overall an expensive stay.
The front office did their best to accomodate where possible and rooms were clean with good, on time housekeeping.
Location was very central, so that was great.

"I paid $89.00 dollars more than previous stays and we received less.
Like Kitchen Utensils, are less and less.
Something simple like milk Before was the little cartons from devondale, now a spit of millk in a tiny container, please respect the name of just very nice place to stay...

"Incredibly convenient, since the hotel is attached to the airport terminal. The hotel restaurant looked nice, although we didn't try it. Rooms are decently-sized with fun aviation-themed decor. "
"The rooms are not overly clean- lots of dust. The tv in the room is horrible. It would not respond to the remote easily - very delayed. Also you can’t connect your device to the tv like other hotels to stream. You have to pay for movies - old school and limited and faulty as wouldn’t always play the movie. Had to call reception to have Maintence come up. Even then it struggled to work. The Mayfair reception staff didn’t even know the in room iPad could book a taxi. As we booked one for advance and it hadn’t been actioned. The prices of the rooms is over priced in my view for the quality and amenities provided. The breakfast was average. Waffles were always out of stock at the buffet and not refilled. "
