THIS PLACE WAS BEAUTIFUL! The staff was so friendly! The front desk was helpful when we needed towels, change for smaller bills or information about the area. Loved the boutique hotel. Good size room, bathroom and just overall feel of the hotel was very nice. Plus very short walk to town.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed, EVER!!! Room was amazing, comfy, super clean. Veey nice shower and bath, very spacious. Breakfast was exceptional. Spa services were heavenly. This is my top hotel to return to and most likely visit Croatia to explore more Zadar and stay at this beautiful and most awesome hotel.

I would classify Lavandula more as a guesthouse than a hotel, given that it has only about 10 rooms and limited common area. There is, however, a nice little area to sit outside, and it is just a couple of hundred meters from the beach. It's just under a mile to the old town, which can be reached by walking along the beach (for most of the way), although it is slightly shorter to walk along the street. As soon as I booked this property I received a welcoming email and very clear instructions about location and check in! When we arrived, we were greeted warmly. We were lucky to have the luxury of an early check in! The room was clean, comfortable and had some extras like a fridge, a pot for heating water for tea, and coffee. It would be helpful to state in the directions that there are two sets of stairs next to the restaurant and it’s the stairs closest to the restaurant that lead you to the unit.

We arrived a little later in the evening, so we used the self check-in – we were sent a code for the lockbox and let ourselves in. The flat was lovely and cosy, with nice furnishings and a really comfortable bed.

The room was beautiful. They answered our questions and responded quickly to any issue. The neighborhood is a little far from the old town and wasn’t exactly what we expected. We always felt safe but, for the price, we were anticipating a nicer area. Within a ten minute walk to old town and we were able to see everything we wanted in our one-night stay.

Apartment Jadran is located in the center of Zadar, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops of all types. The apartment is well appointed, extremely clean, with a washing machine, refrigerator and and microwave available for guests. The bathroom is large, tiled, with a jacuzzi, bidet and good sized shower separate from each other. We were traveling by ferry to Zadar and picked Central Apartments because of its location to the ferry port and it is in the middle of the Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially liked the breakfast selections available to us. We would gladly stay here again if we ever visited Zadar.

The hotel is a modern design in a traditional fishing village. Its rooms are sleekly designed and comfortable. Our balcony view was of the harbor and the sunset; beautiful. The village is walkable with many cafes and restaurants. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent with quick, attentive service. The main desk staff were very friendly and spoke functional English. They seemed genuinely pleased that we were visiting and very proud of their country.

The location and room were great! We loved the decor. Staff was not onsite during our stay until checking out, but was helpful in responding through email/text.
