"The employees here are so nice and helpful. It also comes with a full breakfast that is super good. They also were generous with giving us bottled water whenever we needed without extra charge."
"We had such a great experience staying at Sultan Cave Suites. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were extremely helpful, cordial, and friendly. They were always available to answer any questions and helped us a lot when booking tours, which made everything so much easier.
The vibes of the hotel are absolutely amazing—such a unique and magical place, especially with the views.
One of the highlights was definitely Seten Restaurant. It was one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The flavors in every dish were just perfect, such a great combination that made everything taste incredible.
I also want to give a very special shoutout to Sadra from reception. He truly went above and beyond and made our stay even more special. Him and the traditional Turkish breakfast at King’s Valley were honestly unforgettable—such a beautiful and unique experience.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Cappadocia."
"One of the best places I have stayed at in my travels. The rooms as super, we felt like on a honey moon. We used the spa, the in door pool, sauna, etc all very clean. Very good if you want to see the baloons in the morning. I recomend this place. Staff are very helpful and friendly."
"It is truly a unique hotel. The hotel staff was amazing. They were very helpful and always readily available. The on-site restaurant was superb. Really enjoyed the food. The free breakfast had so many food options.
The room was very spacious and clean. It was a fascinating experience, living inside a cave hotel room.
The concierge staff was extremely helpful in arranging multiple activities throughout the area. I was able to book all my activities as well as airport transport to the hotel with them. I cannot say enough good things. I would highly recommend this hotel."
"I recently stayed at Holiday Cave Hotel during the first week of April, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is very well located right in the Göreme area, just a 5–10 minute walk from the main market, which made getting around very convenient. The property itself was clean and comfortable, which is always a big plus.
We stayed in a family room that had one large queen-size bed and three single beds for the kids. The beds were comfortable, and the room size worked well for our family. However, there were a few maintenance issues—two lights above the bed weren’t working, and although we informed the staff, nothing was done about it. Similarly, the jacuzzi in the bathroom had decorative rainbow lights that didn’t function.
On the positive side, the bathroom was spacious and nicely designed. Initially, there was no hot water, but after we reported it, the issue was resolved, which we appreciated.
Since we visited in early April, the pool was not open, which is understandable due to the season. One highlight of the stay was the terrace—you can see the famous Cappadocia hot air balloons from there, which is a lovely experience.
Breakfast was generally good, but there was a noticeable difference between the two days we stayed. On Sunday, breakfast was excellent (9/10), with freshly made gözleme (a delicious Turkish stuffed bread). However, on Monday, the experience dropped to about 7/10. The gözleme was not available, despite us arriv"
